These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Young Sketch AI. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Young Sketch AI (“the App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please uninstall and discontinue use of the App.

2. The Service

Young Sketch AI is operated by Seed Data Systems (“we,” “us,” “our”) and provides drawing lessons, AI-based feedback, and related features for users. These Terms govern your access and use of the App.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Young Sketch AI on your own. If you are under 13, you may only use the App with the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

4. User Accounts

  • Some features may require creating an account or providing personal information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to promptly update it if information changes.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

The App may offer free and paid (subscription-based) features. By subscribing, you authorize charges according to the selected plan. All payments are subject to billing policies set by the applicable app store (e.g., Apple App Store).

6. License & Intellectual Property

  • Seed Data Systems owns all rights, title, and interest in the App, including content, graphics, and trademarks.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers/networks connected to the App.
  • Upload any content that infringes on another’s rights or violates any law.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or use the App in a way that could cause harm to us or other users. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seed Data Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms within the App or notify you by other means. Continued use of the App after modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
